A new course every race

Every 1v1 race used to be the same 1.5 km from the top of the mountain. Now each race is drawn somewhere new on it, identical for both riders, and still rides like a run from the top. Along the way, a bug that left old tracks hanging in the air went too.

How a snowboarder stops

S used to be a brake pedal. Now it is the hockey stop every rider learns in their first week: the board swings across the slope, an edge bites, and the snow goes flying ahead.
