Ways to reach us

• E-mail: powderlinegame@gmail.com — for everything: bugs, ideas, your account, your data, press, portals and partnerships.
• Instagram: @powderlinegame — clips, news, and DMs if that is easier for you.
• In the game: open the menu and press FEEDBACK & BUGS in the footer. It can attach a screenshot, and if you are signed in it links the report to your rider so a fix can be credited to you.

Expect a reply within a few days; anything that stops you playing is answered first. There is no support team behind the address — the person answering is the person who wrote the code.

Reporting a bug

A report that leads to a fix earns the reporter 200 coins. The fastest way to that fix is a report that can be reproduced. Include:

1. Where it happened — on the slope, in the menu, in the closet, in a 1v1 race, on the wheel.
2. What you did and what you expected — "hit the kicker from the side, expected a wipeout, rode up it instead" is perfect.
3. Your browser and device — for example "Chrome 130 on Windows 11" or "Safari on an iPhone 13". Graphics problems and frame-rate problems depend on this more than anything else.
4. A screenshot or a run link — after a run, SHARE THIS RUN gives you a link; the feedback box can attach a screenshot directly.
5. Whether it happens every time — once is a data point; every time is a bug.

Before writing, the help page covers the problems we hear about most — races that will not connect, low frame rates, controllers, sound, and sign-in — with the fixes that usually work.

Accounts and your data

You do not need to write to us to erase your account: RIDER → ACCOUNT → DELETE ACCOUNT removes it and everything in it, immediately and permanently. For anything else covered by the privacy policy — a copy of your data, a correction, an objection — e-mail us from the address on the account. The law gives us a month; it normally takes days.

Coin purchases are handled through the shop's payment provider; for a receipt or a refund question, e-mail us with the date and the rider name on the account.

Press, portals and partnerships

Powderline can be embedded on game portals in a guest-only portal mode, and we are happy to talk to sites that want to host it, to anyone writing about browser games, and to schools or clubs that want to run a race night. The same e-mail address reaches the right person, because there is only one.

Who you are writing to

Powderline is operated by Roman Princ, Czech company ID (IČO) 21782571, Hluboká 4591/10, Mšeno nad Nisou, 466 04 Jablonec nad Nisou, Czech Republic. Postal mail reaches us there too, more slowly. The full legal details are in the terms of service.
